Fiscal Year End is coming and if you wanted to get your orders in before that, remember all orders need to be processed by September 4th, 2015.

Thanksgiving Hours at the Bicycle Lab
Hello everyone! We wanted to update with our Thanksgiving Hours for Wednesday, November 26th 2014. Because of the holiday, we will be at the Sandia Bicycle Lab Tent between the hours of 12pm-3pm.
Please plan accordingly. If you have a pickup or drop-off and are unable to make it over during these hours, please call us at (505) 933-5667 to make special arrangements. You may also email us at any time at cyclesandia@routesrentals.com.

Temporary Processing Fix
Hello everyone! We are still having technical difficulties with the PCard purchasing. It seems our SIC code is not available for many of the Pcards, thus declining them on the website.
While we work through these issues, we will process all payments via Judy Jojola’s P-Card with SNL Purchasing Support (jajojol@sandia.gov). Once approved and paid, we will contact you with the receiving date and time, and will email you a paid receipt of the order. PLEASE ADD your Project Number, Task Number, and Organization Number to the additional Info field during check out. We cannot process without this information.
If you are purchasing for Personal Use, please select that in the “shipping section” and we will contact you shortly for payment information.

If Your P-Card is Getting Declined
Hello! We have run into a few bumps in this opening week pertaining to the P-Cards and payments. Currently Routes is signed up as a Recreational Vendor and many P-Cards are not set up for that use. We are working to get everything sorted out, but if you would like to make a purchase before then, you may contact Bev Polyard at 845-0611 or Leo Valencia at 284-3018; they’ll manually unblock the merchant code. Welcome to the Sandia Bicycle Lab!
Sandia National Laboratories / New Mexico utilizes a fleet of bicycles as an eco-friendly means of commuting in and around the Laboratory campus. SNL’s goal under this Corporate Purchasing Agreement (CPA), the ‘Sandia Bicycle Lab’, is to establish a cost-effective and customer-friendly purchase and maintenance program for existing and future SNL-owned bicycles.
Scope
The purpose of the Sandia Bicycle Lab is to provide a streamlined, online portal to facilitate the scheduling of maintenance services for SNL’s bicycle fleet, and to accept and process orders for new bicycles and accessories for use by SNL employees. Services and products will be requested on individual P-Card orders against this CPA, and are supplied by Routes Bicycle Rentals & Tours, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM.
Bicycle fleet intake and maintenance services will be performed on Wednesdays and some Thursdays (excepting holidays) at the West Bay of Building 875. Services shall also be provided off-site at the Routes facility / storefront (404 San Felipe St. NW #B1, Albuquerque NM 87104) when necessary.
The Sandia Bicycle Lab also allows Sandians to purchase new bicycles for personal use and to schedule services for any personally-owned bicycle(s) at the same costs that apply to SNL. Please note that personal credit cards must be used to render payment for these services, and all services shall be performed at off-site at Routes. Personal bicycles can be dropped off for service during specifically-designated times at the West Bay of Building 875 or at the Routes storefront in Historic Old Town, Albuquerque. Purchases can also be initiated via the ‘Sandia Bicycle Lab’ or in person.
