“Great customer service!”

We rented two cruisers for an afternoon of biking along the Rio Grande. The bikes were in excellent condition, and the instructions and sightseeing suggestions given by the staff were thorough and excellent. We returned to the store just as a big storm was moving in; the owner had been prepared to call our cell phones to find out if we were in need of a rescue van. Great customer service!
