Van has been a guide with us since 2023, but he and his family have really been a part of the Routes family as rental, tour, and maintenance guests since our founding in 2011. When asked what made him decide to join Routes, he said, "I met Heather and Josh Arnold not long after they opened Routes here in Albuquerque. I watched them over the years become ambassadors for our great state and advocate tirelessly for outdoor recreation. Their contributions to the cycling community have been monumental.
